1. Services Provided

We act as an agent for airlines, hotels, and tour operators. We arrange and sell travel services but do not own or control suppliers.

2. Booking and Payment

Booking confirmed upon deposit/full payment. Final payments due as per confirmation.

3. Prices and Availability

All quotes subject to availability and fluctuations. We notify of material changes.

4. Client Responsibilities

Ensure passport, visas, vaccinations, travel insurance, and accuracy of information.

5. Supplier Terms

Bookings also subject to supplier terms and conditions.

6. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable. Refunds subject to supplier terms. Penalties vary: 60+ days: deposit forfeited; 30–59 days: up to 50% forfeited; 15–29 days: up to 75% forfeited; 14 days or less: 100% forfeited. Refunds processed in 6–12 weeks.

8. Changes to Bookings

Changes subject to availability and may incur fees or penalties.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for third-party actions or force majeure. Liability limited to amount paid.

10. Force Majeure

Not liable for events beyond our control.

11. Governing Law

Laws of the Republic of South Africa apply.

12. Amendments

We may amend terms anytime with updated posting.
